Welcome to the Catholic Church in Biddulph, Goldenhill, Kidsgrove and Packmoor

Welcome to the website of our parish partnership. Our partnership includes three parishes, four churches, three schools, and covers quite a wide area. If you want to know what is happening at the moment in our parishes, have a look at this week’s bulletin, or look at the events that are coming up. If you want to know how to make contact with us or want to know how to arrange a baptism, wedding or funeral then you’ll find information on the relevant pages. If you are a parishioner, please let us know what information you would like to see on our pages. If you are a visitor, please leave us feedback, and please come and visit us in person soon.

Alpha is currently taking place at:

  • St Joseph’s Goldenhill

Alpha at Goldenhill

Come and join with other likeminded individuals who are asking the important questions of life. Our nine-week Alpha will take place each Saturday morning at St Joseph’s, High Street, Goldenhill
Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5RD4

Alpha is up and running again on Saturday mornings at 9am at St Joseph’s Goldenhill. Each week we will have a good breakfast together, watch the video, and have a relaxed discussion about its contents.

It is best to do a whole ALPHA, but if you’d like to dip your toe in and try a session come along on a Saturday morning soon!

What happens at Alpha?

Each session begins with a cooked breakfast. Then we watch one of the video presentations. After this there is a discussion on what we’ve seen. There is no pressure to speak and no judgement about what is said.

What does it cost?

Nothing at all. The invitation is to all men, and is free of charge.

For more information contact St Joseph’s Church Parish Office on 01782 782121.
